Grey Pearl

I took my time finishing it, and it had some less than stellar stages , but I feel the end result didn't turn out to be a disaster.

Specs are:
3930k with EK supreme csq block
16gb Corsair Dominators with EK ram blocks
Asus RIVE with Koolance fc block
3x7970 with EK csq bridge & blocks
Caselabs TH10
Corsair ax1200i with custom sleeving
Lotsa fittings, 4 radiators (2x480, 2x360), two d5s and one 35x pump, and a mixture of mayhems blue and white pastel.

I got the case in primer grey, but wound up using it for a while without getting it painted.

And it's insides were a mess...

The next step was paint, and I went with a white/black interior and a grey auto paint for the outside panels.

I added some parts to my loop, and made a loop that resembled something coherent.

The last things were to get rid of that old ugly fan in the back, and to sleeve my cables. (Also added some abmber leds).

I can probably do more to make the cables look nicer, in due time.

It looks like the hose could have been done better but I'm sure some of the WC guys will provide some useful feedback :)

You've definitely made some good improvements though - it's getting there :)

FYI you dont need that extra PCIE plugged in above the GPU's - Ive run 4x 7970's before and it made no difference to scores or overclocking ability.

I do think you still need to tidy the look of the rig up a bit too dude. Deffo a great start just not quite up to the level of the money you have spent yet.

I... right... this is a place to post opinions so here goes *winces* The light blue and orange look awful IMHO, plus the tubing is horribly messy... on the other hand, you have yourself a very nice rig! (also i think the interior would look 10x better left black...

Nice hardware you have there although it's looking a little busy with all the cables, hoses & all those colours. I think it's mainly all the colours that make it look untidy - Less is more :)

Nice build, love the paint job on the outside of the case, looking at my M8 case in plain black looks a bit dull. Neater cables and tube would make it look epic. I've got to say I'm not a fan of the internal colour scheme though, the coolant colour does make me feel a little sick, but that's just personal preference.

Yeah, I'm gonna reroute more of the tubing through the back when I get the chance. I keep that extra pci-e as a precaution, I use my rig for mining, and I want to make sure the board has the available power if the cards draw a lot from the pci-e slots. Don't want a burned 24 pin connector.
