Pretty cool. Hairworks was just so much win IMO. AMD really need to keep the momentum of HW/Mantle going and keep their hand in upcoming games.

Very nice. Wonder how long they have been getting this together? I really hope devs move over to this, get rid of the proprietary crap and have everyone collaborate together should just make this get better and better over time. I'm also interested in which devs(if any) have adopted this yet, obviously the people in the video more than likely have been working with it, but just curious to see if anyone else is too. I expect DICE to get on this asap. They seem to really like AMD.

it has been on the cards for a while. I remember Richard Huddy talking about "OpenWorks" a long time ago. I think in 2014.

Yep, don't remember that, guess I was in a cave afterall:p

was a long time ago beck when it was only a mere concept that was mentioned out of hand in an interview, I don't expect anyone to remember it.

My mind is good for remembering random schtuff

Well that must help when writing news articles!

Honestly the news section is my new favorite place for this site, it's the first thing I check so keep it up and pump out more articles for my leisure please:p

2016 looks to be a promising year. Was really dissapointed with 2015.

I thought it was pretty exciting. New Fiji cores, new Nvidia cards, more Freesync/Gsync. New AMD Crimson drivers, new AMD Graphics Group formed, AMDOpen, VR becoming very popular, etc. Lots of new stuff:)
