Hi all

I have a gtx670 dcu11 top card and was wondering is it
worth the money buying another to go sli or upgrade to
an entirley new card

Well first of all if you want to upgrade and already own a GTX 670 then I would suggest that you just buy another one.

Then same question as jamesriley94: what resolution and on how many screens?

However...
I think the DCII TOP card has been discontinued due to overheating problems with it, so you may struggle to get hold of another?

I really wouldn't bother upgrading tbh. You aren't really going to notice a massive difference - certainly not a difference worth £350ish anyway.

I'd probably wait for the next generations to come out - I know they're most likely just going to be rebrands, but still worth a look. Also, the 670s should come down in price then if you still want to upgrade.

It isn't like you're at a disadvantage gaming at 70 odd FPS that you'll currently be getting on most games ;)

If you game at 1080P I see no reason to selling/upgrading your GTX 670.
If you do, at least wait for the next series to be released...

However, if you're running a multi-monitor or 1440p then I would say GO AHEAD!

I wouldn't upgrade that, no need. Maybe invest some money in extra cooling for the case and do a bit of overclocking, although I'm sure that card plays any game without breaking a sweat at stock frequencies. Best to save some money for the next generation of GPUs, when they actually release a new architecture. I've read that the 8xxx series from AMD and 7xx series from nVidia will be made mostly out of rebadged current series chips.
