GPU and CPU upgrade for MSi GT60

So I have an MSi GT60 0nc-004US, it is just about 18 months old now. I have the i7-3610QM cpu in it and a GTX 670m, which I have had to heavily overclock to get good performance out of it in some games.

I am considering upgrading both the GPU and CPU of it around christmas, for the GPU I would like something like the GTX 675mx or GTX 770m, but I am not all to sure where would be the best place to get one of these, or if they are compatible with the laptop. For the CPU I would like to get something slightly faster clocked, maybe a 3720QM or 3820QM, this would be mainly because I am somewhat CPU limited for livestreaming at the moment.

So for both CPU and GPU, which are compatible, which should I get, and where are the best places to get them.

EDIT: Asked http://stores.ebay.com/upgrademonkey-worldwide but they only have GTX 770m which might not be compatible, can anyone shed some light on the compatibility of this?

In my opinion, when it comes to a laptop: you can upgrade the ram and storage. Anything else can have so many compatibility issues. I am guessing, it will take quite a lot of work, which I would not be able to go through. If you really want to upgrade it, you can, but I wouldn't recommend it. Good luck!
