NDAs are difficult to legally enforce, with the punishment for breaking them typically being a lack of future pre-release disclosures, not legal action.

If there is something that the recipient of an NDA disagrees with, it can be sent back and altered before it is signed. Companies want coverage, so they need to be willing to agree with editors to a certain extent.

Let be fair, they can probably get the NDA changed because by the time they sign to review it the product has been out for a few months
