Yeah it's mad uber loud, just about the loudest gun I've probably ever owned. You put a round that size through a 6" barrel and you've got yourself some bark!

Phil actually couldn't hear out of his left ear at all after he took the first video because he didn't have any hearing protection and couldn't cover his left ear as he was holding the vid cam with his left hand. Yeah, it was that loud, lol.

I could most definately probably do the slide release, mag in/out, pull slide back... As far as catching the sound of it firing it will be very hard. You need a special microphone to properly catch the sound of something so loud. See if you can't enhance the sound from the curent vid, maybe that will work?
