Gigabyte will not argue about dates. If you want a B2 replaced they will do it basically.

Yeah I'd just rather they could say which serial numbers are affected. It's a lot of hassle leaving drives unplugged for the next 2 months, then arranging the return and paying for postage and going likely weeks without the computer. My ideal scenario would be finding out I'm unaffected then getting on with my life.

Btw are they all B2 then? Or is there such a thing as B1 P67's?

All the P67's that got sold are B2

Reckon the new B3 boards might have new Features, talking the P67 UD7 here, or is that wishful thinking? ^^

So for 100% of all Gigabyte boards (the p/h67 ones) you can take them for a replacement as soon as the revision comes out? Because it doesn't list my new board under the returns policy :/

its the GA-P67-UD3R... Just making double triple sure

I note that Overclockers are still selling the Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD7?

Potential Sandybridge issue:

- In some cases, motherboards featuring the 6 Series Chipset (P67 & H67) that have Sata devices connected to ports 2-5 could potentially degrade over time.

- Motherboards with devices connected to Ports 0 & 1 remain unaffected or using the 6Gb/s ports.

- Please note if your board is affected by the above issues, your statutory rights remain to RMA the board.

- Tests have found that under 5% of boards are affected.

- PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO POTENTIAL ISSUE TO SANDYBRIDGE PROCESSORSDoes this seem wrong? Or have I missed some thing
