He got it from thingiverse I believe.
as they cards supposedly only come with dp1.4 but with hdmi2.1 you need those 3 HDMI ports if you want to go 4k 144Hz HDR and stuff like that...
And when windows handles HDR horribly, its not worth the effort to be using all three ports, if you can push 4k 144hz at all.
