Gigabyte unleashes their Mini ITX GA-AB350N Gaming WiFi Rzyen motherboard

Interesting location of headers on the top. Depending on the case, will be hard to use top mounted cooling. Will probably be hard to manage cables well if there isnt a big cutout for cables in that area. Other than that, bring more ITX, that is only thing I'm waiting for to move to Ryzen.

Yep. It's crap in a Corsair 250D, but its perfect for Nano S and Evolv ITX.(Both with radiator offsets) But that 8pin CPU power

It's no worse than the headers placed under the GPU!

I think it's the same engineer who keeps getting fired and moving to another manufacturer whom is responsible. Said engineer loves the game you play with toddlers:
'Does it go over here? Nooo silly! How about here!? Wrong again! One more try! Still wrong!'.

But those are usually on mATX and ATX boards. Those type of cases has ample space for cable routing to those area PLUS they're spread out throughout the board. The EPS is top left, ATX power is along the right side, front headers are bottom right and sata ports are around chipset area. This board has EVERYTHING on top (except front audio). Cables are going to have to overlap each other, especially if you have at least 2 sata hard drives.

Not that great of a design. I bet you won't be able to fit a gpu with a backplate since it's so close to the rear IO

You'd be surprised mate, my partner is running an MSI A88XI-AC which is not only just as close to the I/O but it also a lot closer to the CPU socket and the 4 Pin CPU power adapter, and my RX 480 fits fine.

Also It's listed on CCL now at £109.99 which I'm guessing is a placeholder price for now. No release date though :(

They have a backplate as standard.... are you expecting someone to make a bigger one?

Idk what you are referring too?
I'm just saying the PCI slot seems to be really close to the rear IO ports that a GPU with a backplate may not fit. I cannot fit my gpu with a backplate for this very reason on my Stinger z170 board. I had to Jimmy rig it..

Why red?... Just why red accent on the heatsink, on the memory slot and an red locking meckanism on the PCI slot?

I agree, I had this issue for example on my old ASUS Z97 TUF motherboard and an GPU with an backplate, in my case the backplate interferred with the memory slot lock.
