Gigabyte launches their world's first DP2.1 UHBR20 OLED Gaming Monitor

It looks really good, and I like the resolution toggle idea. But I really wish they'd make a 27" 1440p variant.

Its quite funny how every single monitor that pops up on these forums has 1 post that says "i wish it had this resolution"

Not a swipe at you, but its just pure evidence that there is no perfect monitor to rule them all. If they made this as a 27" I guarantee you, there would be someone on here saying they dislike it, and would have wished a 32" or a 34" wide was released etc.

And if its not the size, someone will complain about it being 1440p and they want 4k, or 1080p for high refresh.

We are never satisfied :D

Very true and all good points.

For me 34" 3440x1440 is the perfect size and res. I've tried 32" 4K and it was nice but to my eyes it doesn't look that different, Plus 3440x1440 is a lot easier to run and, Again personal preference, Ultrawide 1440P is a lot more immersive.

Hey woah that's not cool bud. Don't forget about me and my constant complaints about not using DP2.0/2.1 and relying on DSC :D

Each to their own, for me that's 27" and 16:9. I used to have an 32" at 3440x1440p and didn't like the black bars on the sides when watching Youtube and I do that about 95% of the time I'm at my PC to be honest.
