Finally found it after days of digging :mad: it was a nightmare..

Just found it. :D Thank you for the awesome compo, really separates the people who want it from those who aren't prepared to put in the effort. Also deters sweepers.

We tested it with every one on serveral different rigs, so people saying it made a difference are either trying to put you off or are thick!

I tried it on 5 browsers including two Android and all worked.

I never understand all this cloak and dagger stuff for a competition.

1. It's unfair on those who have put the effort in
2. It worsens the odds because more people will enter by cheating
3. Despite the awesome prize it is still just a competition, why ruin everybody's fun by removing the treasure hunt part.

sad, pathetic people if you ask me

I agree that the thread should be read-only next time, getting a little frustrated when I see people dropping hints even if it is with good intention. Seems a little counter-intuitive that entrants would want to reduce their chances of winning!
 
Maybe you should get higher chances to win the earlier you found it? like
1. week 4 entries
2. week 3 entries + new hint
3. week 2 entries + new hint
4. week 1 entry + new hint
 
Sorry but if anyone is caught sharing a link even if its the wrong link takes it upon themself to get a boot up the harris from the Guvnor! Also don't forget the admin have the capacity to view your history so they'll also know if you visited a link and whether you used it (Times, Dates). Cheaters never prosper!

It did help someone with the WAN show hint a few pages back. Although looking back I shouldn't as it was pretty easy to find both in the video and throughout this thread. So from now on It'll just be a good luck from me...

It was easy because you speculated the hint, what if it wouldn't have been so and it would have been in some place people rarely take time to look? The speculation would fall apart... overall, if you were conscious about looking based on the 1st hint, it would really take a lot of time to check everything.

It also depends on your rig, if it's new and capable its easy, mine craps out at 10 tabs at once and some reviews go past that.

Curious to see if the answer is what I found or if it's a trap.
 
The incorrect entries list needs an update haha. Would be fun to see how may more people made a mistake after you had gone over the rules a billion times. :lol:

Phew, that was quite an adventure!
Finally found it though, it was tricky, but not hard, just required a bit of perseverance!

Anyway, good luck to those who haven't yet found it, keep trucking on and you'll get it eventually!

Thanks to Tom and Gigabyte for yet another brilliant compo! :D

Now the real question is, who wants my 680 when I win? :P
