Red and Black - please o please give us another option. At least the old sniper range was different in the green. PLEASE!

Damn I miss when everything Gigabyte did was in baby blue, sky blue, and ocean blue. They need to release this board with the old color scheme :D

As Rick said I actually miss the Sniper range with their green accents, They looked awesome.

I have started to wonder why that colour scheme got given the sack? I personally thought it added loads of variation and they were solid motherboards that looked the part too, but would still turn a head when you saw one used well.

They were nice boards, I thought Gigabyte really had something going with the Sniper series.

To me Red & Black are in i can't see it changing any time soon maybe they might change the colour scheme in 2 Gen time or something

I hate this red and black fever that the Tech industry has.

I don't mind the red and black if it's done right, Like an all stealth black with red underglow *Think Need For Speed Underground ^_^* and silver/white highlights, But too much red is a problem in the industry :(

Its ruining the uniqueness of companies :(

I don't necessarily agree that there is 'too much' black and red but I think there is too much in one tier of the market, things are more diverse than they have ever been. Everyone needs to retain their own flagship identity and between ROG, XPower, OC Force and Classified/Dark they do that very well. But why everyone thinks all of the 'gaming' orientated products should be black and red I don't know. I would of thought green would be popular with the nVidia and Razer fanboys.

Aside the BS colour scheme argument this looks like a nice board and a great alternative to the current mATX X99 offerings.

Indeed, Asus/ROG is red and black, MSI is yellow/orange and black, Gigabyte is green and black, That is the way I know and like those companies.

Companies are all starting to look the same now with them all doing red/black motherboards :-/

I would assume that gigabyte and msi looked at the sales of their motherboards and asus's rog and found the red and black sales better to the not so wise red being associated with fast and dangerous people want their system to look that way. just a thought

Come on guys! There's always the Classic Green PCB or the Blue PCB (that gigabyte still uses on their GPUs and some boards btw) and the awesome awesome brown pcb that "looks like black" :P

I can't help but feel Gigabytes red and black boards look weak next to the ROG line Asus definitely owns the red and black
