So it has 2 SMM's disabled, the writer of this article assumes that this is still a kepler architecture, where even so, SMX blocks consist of 192 cores. Honestly I was expecting the 950 to have three SMMs disabled, leaving for a 768 core version in the ti model.

It's confirmed for August 20th release date, 768 cuda cores, 100mhz lower memory clock speed(than 960), 2GB of vram GDDR5. So based off of that confirmed specs from multiple AIBs, will be pretty slow compared to the 960 and at a price point of rumored $150, is seriously underpowered and overpriced compared to the likes of the 370 and 370x which can be had for hardly anymore money but much much better performance.
