Getting a mac possibly, advice needed

Starting to wonder if there are ANY genuine mac offers out there on ebay now. Ive been getting scammed left right and centre recently with people offering fake second chance offers. I mean if you are going to send a scam email sure youd not send it through a web based email system that puts a footer at the bottom of it saying "get gmail now" ffs

So the hunt resumes.

Choice is simple, PRO!!! The 17" Pro pwns all the other MB's considering it has the fastest clocked x1600 in any of em, and it's just lush period.

GET IT!

Wirelessly posted (LG "Fusic": LG-LX550 AU-MIC-LX550/2.0 MMP/2.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

Oh yeah, u still never told us what u ended up getting... 17in mbp by any chance?

In the end I went for the top end mac book, just need to get some extra ram in there , other wise im quite happy with it.

Only issue now is sodding drivers. USB modems I know are a no go but the misses doesnt have wireless or an ethernet modem.

The Speedtouch.co.uk website goes on about making sure I have BSD support enabled. Is that a bad thing if its noT?
