GeForce GTX 760

So, I've been looking for a mid to high range GPU for my build, and very nice people in this forum suggested that I wait for the gtx 760, which was released today. This was a very good decision ,because, from the benchmarks that I have seen so far, it seems that the gtx 760 preforms the same or better in most tests than the gtx 660 ti and is about $30-$50 less. But, this does not end the process of finding a GPU. Now, I need to figure out which one to actually buy. I think these 4 non-reference cards are the best. Which one would you pick?

So all of these are about the same price. Since most of these are some type of OC version, I will provide the core and boost clocks for each. I also provide the New Egg link to each if you would like to read more or look at pictures of each of the video cards.

Sorry if you are a little confused on the names that I gave each of the cards. The actual names were way too long, so I tried to just put what the name of the cooling system that it had. The link is provided to help you, if you are not exactly sure, which card I'm talking about.

Considering they are all the same price I'd probably go with the EVGA one due to their warranty, Step up program and no-nonsense RMA process.

However if none of those things are a concern to you I'd go with the Gigabyte one as it is (alongside the MSI) clocked the highest by default and I prefer its three fan design to the MSI's twin fan design.

I like all of them but prefer the ASUS. If space on your MB is not an issue then may you go for the ASUS 3 slot card. OK EVGA can offer a long warranty but maybe you wont need to run a 760 for so long, and so ASUS warranty is long enough. I also like the MSI because Twin Frozer coolers have always been loved. But ASUS is my fav'.

I have an EVGA GTX 480 but only it has a 10 year long warranty because it was the most expensive GPU at the time; I have used it but shipping cost £15.

Personally a 760 would last 2 years, then I'd be upgrading. GL

EDIT: Pardon me the ASUS is 2-slot right? unlike its monstrous predecessors!

All 4 cards are 2 slot cards.

Has anybody seen a video review of the Asus card? I've seen video reviews of the 3 other cards, but have not managed to find one on the Asus card.

TechPowerUp did some great very detailed written reviews about each of the cards yesterday. I will provide the links for each card as well as the overall score that TechPowerUp gave for each card.

Asus: Total score- 9.1
MSI: Total Score- 9.2
Gigabyte: Total Score- 9.1
EVGA: Total Score- 9.0

Of course, these scores are the opinion of the person who wrote the TechPowerUp article; however, you can draw your own conclusions from the rest of the detailed review.

Im a big EVGA guy myself so that would be the one Id choose. But all those are very solid cards and Id have no problem getting any of them. Always loved the MSI Twin Frozr cards so that would probably be my 2nd choice.

But yeah, if the price is the same for all 4 then EVGA. If not, get the cheapest. Theyre all winners.
