So this one has the fix for what you described earlier with Chrome crashing and so on and so forth?...

Have you tested this one out yet Dice?, if yes, what are your thoughts etc on it? :)

Honestly I am getting fed up with nVidia drivers these past couple of months.

Every driver since the 341.44 has suffered from the "display driver stopped responding" but, they fix the issue I have in BF4 where the game pauses for a second and then resumes, which causes the mouse to stop responding at the same time until it fixes itself, every couple of minutes.

I tried the latest drivers yesterday again and they did the same as usual just browsing the net through firefox or, just opening files in the explorer caused the display driver to stop responding.

Will give these a try at some point and see what they work like, but I use to have issues with AMD drivers in the past but nVidia are getting just as bad nearly worse.

Well I've been using these for the past 10 hours now and I've had no problems, Even played 4 YouTube videos at once in Chrome, Played music, Skype open, Email open, Steam open all while running Unigine and not 1 crash :)

Ok a quick update.

After 15 hours of testing these are rock solid with no crashes, TDR's etc... :)

This is a dumb question, but how the hell do you boot into safe mode?... never done that before and I'm retarded as I don't get half the stuff Google tells me

Little video guide I made for the upcoming overkill driver removal guide ;)

DDU gives you an option to reboot into safe mode when you run it. Unless of course it was removed? I dont think so though.

Did you do a complete uninstall, Boot into safe mode then use display driver uninstaller to completely get rid of the previous driver ?

Yep, followed my usual procedure which is to uninstall the drivers and then use DDU to completely get rid of them. Other people on the nvidia forum are also saying that this hotfix has not worked. Frankly I'm getting pretty tired of this, had crashes ever since I got my 970 with 350.12 and even reverting to 347- doesn't fix it. For now I'm going to have to revert back to my 670 just so that I can actually play through the Heists on GTA.

I have driver version 353.30 from yesterday I believe and I haven't noticed anything yet. Haven't done any gaming yet though.
