All installed here earlier this morning, and I can notice I slight performance increase on the twins while playing Warface at 6am this morning :p but other than that, I notice no real difference anywhere else.

Keep up the good work DiceHunter :)

i'm trying to figure the new surround setup screen out it tossed the vidports around and it only spanns my 4 screens into 1..., cant seem to get it 3+1..

I updated and now my frame rate drops randomly while playing Skyrim on High settings. I have a GT650M, btw. Im doing virus scans etc. to see if there are any other factors.

Oooh tasty I need some new drivers I think. Couldn't get 144hz G-SYNC to work with my 780's it got capped at 60hz. I tried it on my 760 and that worked so I was doing it right, i'll give that a go later.

You will need the notebook drivers which as far as i know are a completely different section, I'll update the OP to feature those :)

Plus, According to Tom Petersen from Nvidia those on the 700 series can expect the Dynamic super Resolution feature in one of the next drivers :)

Should still redownload and install the notebook drivers for maximum compatibility, OP is updated with links :)

I just checked and the desktop and notebook driver packages are totally different sizes.
