B1, B2, B3?

Hmm... We are doing B1a, B1b, B2a, B2b. B3 is A Level stuff...

Humm.

*Goes to get textbook*

1a, 1b, 2, 3.

I'm doing triple science though.

Apparently I'm down for all A*'s.

English + French are the only things I need to try in at the moment, I think I'm starting my ICT A-level next year... the exact wording of the teacher was: "You can probably do whatever you want". It's either that or one of the WASP InterACT courses.

Just sat a 2 hour RS exam after school. Nasty, think I did well though. For all of you doing short course AQA, you get two years to learn it, our class is expected A* in 4 months, NOT fair. Revision is nuts. like themcman1 I did triple science, nasty again, and AS computing next year, more hard work, and oh, As philosophy, the fun just does'nt stop :D

Well, I've got to revise all of my first year of chemistry notes in 4 weeks (degree). That's roughly twice as much material as A level (both years combined)

I did hardly any revision and bunked off most of year 10 and half of 11 and still came out of the dogshiz school with almost straight B's. I hope they've made the exams harder, not like they count for anything.....

Good luck anyways. :P

The first year doesn't count towards your actual degree though, right?

If I don't pass, I get kicked out, and if I get a first, I get a bursary of about £100 a term.

Second year and third are finals.

I used my study leave productively. I must have spent 200 hours on oblivion in that time. Although I did revise quite a bit (and I knew most of it already), so that's why I came out with 10 stars. I miss GCSEs, they were so easy (not at the time though). At least they don't really count for squat unless you're going for top unis (and even then)

And best of luck guys + gals, though I'm sure you'll be fine

10*s????

bloody hell

I got some As but no *s

all i can say to people is dont complain if u get C onwards - does my head in when people complain they get A instead of A* lol

Had my first exam today, worked out that by the end this year (2nd) I will have done 38 hours of exams, chuck in ten hours revision for each.. suddenly feels like i've done a whole load of work :)

finished it all in 10 mins (including checking), 50 mins spare to wonder about life..

english essays and the like always kill me! my hand would hurt so much

i found when i did my ict exam that it was very tarded. not sure what i got in the final exam but only ended up with a B..doubt it was due to me not knowing enuf as the questions were easy

10 mins??

surely not the long course?

I did the full course..

One of the multiple choices, 2 of the options for what a CPU DOESNT do were:

Monitor System Resources

Store Data.

It doesnt really do either?
