Did the second half of my media exam today, my coursework was already worth a B so I hope I atleast get a C overall.

How did you do Tox ?

I really enjoyed the exam.

But our media has suffered because of so many teacher changes.

My coursework was late so I got put in the foundation! That seriously

ed me of, because they knew I would get it all in... Crappy school.

But anywhoo, yeah pretty good. If I don't get a C I will die! :D

OMG, DT exam today!

Well I had citizenship last friday - easiest ever!!!

My literature on tuesday didnt go too well. The prose study (we did short stories which didnt mean we had to go through a whole book for quotes...but had to compare between them!) was ok, I managed to get to the conclusion (theme of realisation) but had to bullet point it (what you're supposed to do when you run out of time). Then the poems...I wrote 2 pages on the prose, then 3 and a half on poems (I chose the theme of death question) but only got to comparing the language of poem 3/4) which is about 3/4 maybe a bit more through, and had to bullet point from there as I only had 10 minutes left! I could get a B I suppose as my coursework wasn't utter pants. I just want above C in every subject (all 13 exams) as I managed this in mocks without revision! :p

Got a week off now from half term then monday back I have both geography and maths in the same day...in fact that whole week is CRAMMED!

I have something like 9-10 in one week  and my last exam is Food tech (thus why i'm not in RM exam today...good luck those who were) which is June 22nd...the last exam for all the GCSEs, I also get a week before it to revise so heh. Afterschool on the 22nd I'm off to London with my Young leader course (I'm a beaver leader for my Duke of Edinburgh) just to basically get a taste of leisure and entertainment there for youth groups. Any recommendations?

Deffo going to the iMax and maybe an under 18 club :p

Dont worry about it guys, I failed my english language GCSE twice before I got a C :D Did more than fine in everything else though..... Just never got english.

And as Dav0s said, if youre going onto HE then theyre pretty irrelivent

Spot on Davos, A levels are a mission. Had 3 retakes from last year so far, so damn good :) . Only 9 proper ones to go now :(

Good luck guys. Do not pick A level maths. Its hard!

lies!

love maths, easiest subject by far if you put the effort in

i agree with Matt to an extent, A level eng lit is ok, its easy to get a C/B, but in order to get an A you need to put obscene amounts of work in

I was doing product design, i thought it was also really easy.

But then again some people thought it was really hard, just depends what you revised. I must of got lucky!!!!!

Rob

i did the eng lit today even though its called o lvls in malta buts its the same system as the uk since we have their education system pe and german oral left and im ready i had 14 in all that makse 28 sessions

since they got paper 1 and paper 2 a or b

a is more difficult than b ( i had them all a )

Had 3 As level retakes, have a whole two weeks until a pretty fun day of A level Maths and Physics  Then a few more days until Computing. Last Physics on the 21st and then I'm freeeeeee (until uni..)

Revision is going well to be honest. Though the new Command+Conquer is a bit of an obstacle

Good luck in the rest of them guys! :)

If you want the truth, I havent done any revision yet for Maths

OOoo, I did about.. 1hour?

But then stopped, I can only do maths when I need to.. you know?

I have history next.. thats the hard one!

Bleh, I managed to revise for an hour or two yesterday for maths.

Was very proud of myself :) My next exam is Geography.... ftw (Y)

I think I also have Geography (no revision yet woops!) then maths in the afternoon. As far as maths goes I really hated it and have had to have private tutoring to get anywhere near as adequate for the higher level (I used to be almost the worst in class but still managing C's :o . I need "an A and a bit" to get an A overall, but tbh - a B seems good enough for me and as i've heard off many people - My college course will be more valuable in the future to come.

I better revise science soon, some of that emphirical equation stuff is a bit daunting (on an A atm) :)

Same applies for german (all daunting!)...I.T - Piece of pisch, we have to learn about what dental practises may use etc.

English paper seems fun compared to Lit with the description crap etc. :)

My food tech has like a whole week revision before it (June 22nd)

GL ALL GO PWWWWWN :worship: :wavey:

I ahve maths next. Oh dear, well i hvae done quite alot of revision, mind you thats all ive revised for next week, must do some biology today, french and english i am crap at so no need to bother with them.

Good luck

Rob
