I installed a Bluray/dvdrw drive on my media pc, haven`t used it for Bluray yet tbh >.<

I don`t see any push to get myself a br writer tbh, and the PS3`s player isn`t meant to be that good (when checking up on HD related forums), so I don`t see me getting a PS3.

HDdvd - hadn`t even thought about it tbh.

Atleast I`ll have a longer future with the player I have.

Well Sony will want to make the sale and lets be honest, what a coup that would be for them

HD-DVD should be religated to the audio segment

i wouldnt mind cd's with that kinda space on tap, you'd be able to have HD quality Audio ...

and then just use bluray as movies...

i think thats what they should do with the technology, it makes sense..

It`s pretty weird from my pov. I tend to read the AVForums to seek info on this`n`that. Whilst reading up on HD screens, there are negative comments thrown in, probably from purists. However, search for PS3 specifically, and u`ll get comments similar to those mirrored here. `I`ve got it, I love it`.

Gonna have to check it out for myself.
