Hey there guys, just signed up to this forum about 30 minutes ago
so i'm fairly new here and hopefully i'm putting this in the right section of the forums haha, so yeah looking forward to hanging around these forums alot and learning alot of cool new stuff n.n
Anyways moving on with why i'm making this thread, i'm not 100% sure if there is a thread like this at all, but i came across this article about mouses and positive or negative acceleration issues, or just overall mouses with no issues what so ever and i thought i would share it with you guys and get your opinion on this
the reason i came across this was because i was doing some research on buying a new mouse and obviously i want a mouse best suited to my needs
i was looking at possibly getting the steelseries sensei RAW edition (mainly because i don't need the features on the pro edition) but if it does use the same laser as the XAI would it really be worth buying if the laser is going have positive or negative accel, after all if your playing fps it can be crucial to make that shot
in my experience with the gaming mouses iv used, which have been the deathadder for about 2-3 years or so, then once that broke i decided to go with the g500 that im currently using at the moment but iv been using the g500 for a few months now and im just noticing it doesn't feel as comfortable to use my hand as much anymore so im more so looking for good quality mouse, i only play fps so it doesn't need a billion buttons on it just mouse 4 and mouse 5 with more so the Ambidextrous type of mouse
(price not being an issue as long as its a good quality mouse)
the mice with no reported issues
- Microsoft WMO 1.1 (STMicroelectronics OS MLT 04).
- Microsoft IMO 1.1 (STMicroelectronics OS MLT 04).
- Microsoft IME 3.0 (STMicroelectronics OS MLT 04).
- Razer Deathadder 3G with latest firmware (Avago ADNS-S3668).
- Razer Deathadder 3.5G with latest firmware (Avago ADNS-S3888).
- Razer Abyssus with latest firmware (Avago ADNS-S3888).
- Logitech G400 with PID above LZ13333 (Avago 3095)
whether or not you will notice the difference on the mouse itself is a different story in my personal use of the g500 i haven't had any tracking issues at all
anyways thanks for reading guys have a good 2013 ^_^
