Hello OC3D, time has come for my old trusted wireless logitech basic mouse to take a break.
So I'm searching for a solid all rounder with emphasis on comfort in the 50€ range. I have pretty big hands so I want a big mouse. Also would like 2-5 extra mouse buttons. I play all kinds of games, RPG's, RTS', FPS', MMO's, tractor simulators etc.
I currently use a 7-year old S&S steelpad, a hard plastic mousepad.
I've used Logitechs in the past, had two MX500 but the cord went bust on both. Really liked the shape of those. Don't like how they now have gotten so expensive. A couple of years ago you could pay 50€ and get a really good mouse, now you have to cough up 85€ for the G502.
I've been searching alot and reading reviews and the SteelSeries Sensei Rubberized looks pretty decent for just over 50€.
Also you get a gaming mouse + keyboard from CM for just under 50. The CM Storm Devastator (the extra keybord would come in handy since I then could use my current wireless keyboard + mouse for the TV laptop. Although I dunno if I want to put down some more money on a mech keyboard, they seem awfully expensive).
I've heard alot of mixed reviews from Razer, some will live and die by the Razer Deathadder, and other say this and that, it's cheap quality, crappy mouse buttons, shitty software. Although one of the best for big hands. The price lands at 63€ though.
Then there is the Corsair Vengeance M65
And all kinds of other brands QPAD, Roccat, Zowie, Minoix, such a hardware jungle out there :S
Inputs welcome.
Cheers.
