Gaming computer

Hello, I made a previous post about a computer build, but I've made som changes and felt like had to know whether all these parts are compatible and if they will fit in my case, so here's the specs:

CPU: INTEL CORE I5 4670K 3.4GHZ 6MB S-1150
GPU: ASUS GEFORCE GTX 770 OC 2GB PCI-E DVI/HDMI/DP
PSU: CORSAIR CX 600W M BRONZE ATX12V 2.3 MODULAR PSU
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H ATX
Chassis: FRACTAL DESIGN MIDITOWER DEFINE R4 BLACK WINDOW
DDR3: CORSAIR 16GB DDR3 VENGEANCE PRO BLUE 1600MHZ
SSD: INTEL 520 SERIES 2.5" 120GB SSD SATA/600 MLC 25NM BULK
Disk: SEAGATE BARRACUDA 7200.12 1TB 7200RPM SATA/600 32MB
DVD/Blueray reader: ASUS BC-12D1ST BLU-RAY COMBO 12X BD-R BULK
Fan: NOCTUA NH-D14 SE2011 S-2011

Seems like a solid gaming machine. Only thing I'd personally do is get 8GB of RAM and spend the money on a slightly better power supply like a somewhat higher end Corsair or Seasonic/XFX/Enermax.

I'd get 8gb of 1866mhz Ram instead.

The PSU is decent enough although there are better ones out there. I find that the TX(m) range is a great middle ground.

I'd suggest that you get a 240gb SSD for gaming. As long as it has decent write speeds (and generally avoid OCZ) you'll be fine.

The D14 is great but but make sure you buy the 115x socket type not the 2011 one which you've selected above!

Yeah don't need 16GB. Drop down to 8 and save some cash. Also, move up to the TX series of Corsair power supplies. They're not much more but are better quality. Other than that, it looks pretty good. I'm not that up on SSD's so I can't say much on that other than I prefer the Samsung 840 Pro series personally.

Okay, is the NOCTUA NH-D14 S-1155/1156/1366/AM3 better than the other one? But if Im not wrong the motherboard I've selected is 1150, and the noctua fan above says 1155/1156, hmm?

The only difference between the S-2011 and S-1155/1156 is the mounting hardware that comes with it. I believe the 2011 socket does not need a after market backplate for mounting.

The Noctua D14 S-1155/1156/1366/AM3 is compatible with the 1150 socket. Compatibility List

1155 will fit on 1150. 2011 will not so get the 1155 version

Looks like a nice build but as the others have said I would get 8gb ram spend it on a better power supply and then maybe get a samsung 840/840 pro SSD instead of an intel one

Intel SSDs are fine tbh, so you don't *need* to change it. I believe the Samsung 840 Pro might be a bit quicker though.

The motherboard is good, but I would personally get the MSI Z87 GD65 Gaming.

MSI G45 Gaming offers most of the features he needs at the price of that Gigabyte board. I'd personally go for that because it has a nice audio and network solution
