FX-6100 overclock?

Hi, I have this pretty cool budget gaming rig, with the fx-6100 CPU, but I'm not sure if I would overclock it or not, and if I do, how far should I go, right know I'm using the stock cooler but I'm planning to upgrate to the H100i.

Another question is my GPU, I've got the Radeon HD6870, the 1gig version, and maybe I'm going to overclock it to, will it be better for my system or will it be pretty much the same?

On the stock cooler, you could probably push 4 ghz-4.2 ghz. (around 1.3v)
I'm running H100 with 4.4ghz at 1.3125v.

Your GPU... it really depends on whether you're staying with the same volts or not. I've overclocked my 560 from 810mhz to 910mhz, on stock volts, but i've never seen a performance increase too drastic. not sure about benching though.
