FRAPS is stupid

if you set it to record 30fps and you game runs less the 60 (lets say 50fps-55fps) itll lock the framerate to 30 and wont unlock it even if you look at the sky (150+ fps)

yet if i set it to record to 60fps it wont lock it to anything but 60 at times.....but ill get anywhere form 45-60 fps

that was my rant

MSI afterburner has video recording. with the added benefit of no frame loss.

I would imagine it does that because 30FPS is movie spec. It's perfectly adequate for watching, basically.

not adequate for playing though and it seems the game isnt running at 30 fps it says 30 but feels slightly lower

oh and movie spec is 24fps

oh and can i get a link to the latest msi afterburner? is it the beta one that supports it?

yea just downloaded 2.2.0 beta 5 from guru

i went to a place where i get about 134 frames steady and started recording almost no frame loss only like 10 fps

this was in bfc2

what settings are good settings?

and how can i get it to not have the circle spinny thing nto show up in videos
