Fractal Design Meshify C Review

Damn it Fractal! You almost had me reaching for my wallet, what's with the low roof still!? Please add more space for ease of building and AIOs for high profile memory.

Might be the first Fractal prodict that I don't like. My immediate thought was "Oh they have just stuck the Focus G front panel on a Define C." Not sold on the profiled mesh on the front, for a company that is knwon for clean elegant aestetics it seems very out of place.

The "Meshify" name is terrible too.

Ugliest case they've done I think especially considering how little if offers for the price. First FD product I am not a fan of.

If they could only bring back the Arc series...

I love the aesthetic personally.

I want to see it in person. When I first saw it I thought "Deus Ex Titan shield" and I think it would be really cool for a Deus Ex Mankind Divided Adam Jensen build. Bring on gold touches and carbon fiber.

Oh crap, I am talking myself into a build!!

I like what have they done with updates to Define chassis. It really looks sleek.

Is Meshify S comming? :D

But what external devices support USB 3.1? The entire infrastructure has to change for it to be worth the investment, surely? Like 4k panels. 4k will remain elusive until the entire infrastructure can support it, including high speed broadband and affordable 4k Blu-ray players.

hubs, portable storage, uhd blu-ray drives, for all we know the next gen VR stuff could all be 3.1. for me a single 3.1 hub for my HTPC rig will come in very handy

but then again i could be wrong, just look what happened to SATA express..

Very few reasonably priced portable storage devices support 3.1. UHD Blu-ray drives are ridiculously expensive and fiddly. Even standard Blu-ray drives are a pain to deal with as Sony has some many restrictions on software. And I'm not sure what you mean by 'hubs'?
