for 1080P which card to buy RTx 2080 or RTx 2070?

SO MY QUESTION IS with 4770k with these 2 cards rtx 2080 and rtx 2070 in 1080p

what fps i will have with rtx 2080 and what fps i will have with rtx 2070; with the monitor which i have now?

Whatever FPS you'd get with an RTX2070 in a certain game at certain settings at 1080p, you're likely to get about 8-15% more with an RTX2080 [At 1080p]. So if you're getting 100 FPS in a game on an RTX2070, you'd expect to get around 108-115FPS on an RTX2080.

For more taxing games, that get closer to 60fps, chances are you will see gains closer to ~20% though, in that case it could be the difference between 50fps and 60fps, so it depends a lot on the games you play, look for reviews that have those in.

Hi,

The 2080 won't work for Ray Tracing on 1080p unless you change all 'RTX 2080' registry entries to 'RTX 2070'. It will work but not efficiently.

Future proof for 2080 if you choose to go 1440p in future, but I suppose it depends on the extra cost. A 2080 is basically a 1080ti.

You will get excellent frames in all none rtx titles (if disabled on rtx titles - this is the same) using the 2080 on 1080p - this is my setup and I am loving it

Personally the Gigabyte 2080 Aorus is probably the fastest out there. Wait for the Super editions of the Aorus 2080 and you will be laughing
