Folding@home noob problem

So I literally just found out today what F@H is so thought I'd try it out. I'm on a mac right nowso I know I might not find much help on this site. So the problem is I downloaded F@H client thing for mac and I installed it. But there's no window thing or anything on mac and you need this code it tells yyou in the installation process to be able to look at your progress or whatever. So you type that into terminal. Problem is I didn't copy the code or anything so I couldn't look at anything about it. So me being an idiot I deleted what I had downloaded and went and downloaded it again this time remembering to copy the code I installed it but noticed it was still running anyway. (btw I should mention that you don't get a window or anything on mac for F@H it just appears in system preferences and you can eneter your username/team number and select disable and start folding) but when i type in my code into terminal to see my progress or whatever I see this:

[20:13:11] - Ask before connecting: No
[20:13:11] - User name: iRCx (Team 98860)
[20:13:11] - User ID: 7CFBA17E6F678CF4

A potential conflict was detected:

Process 2378 is currently running and may also be a client with Mach. ID 1.
The program will now exit. Upon restart, this check will not be done --
You may wish to check that no client is currently running in
/Users/janetmcgregor/Library/Folding@home before restarting.

Please press any key to exit.

and upon looking at CPU usage it's not doing anything ie it's at 93% idle.

So how do I fix this. I assume it's something to do with me downloading it twice but I don't know.(if I didn't mention I deleted the two downloaded files for F@H but the option for me to start F@H is still there) I didn't check my CPU usage the first time i installed it so I don't even know if it was working then.
