First watercooling build, need help/tips/advices

I want to turn the fans down because of your suggestions i've chosen the higher rpm ones and to dim the led-flexlight if needed.

Yeh, I dont disagree you shouldnt have them running at 1500rpm all the time - but I'm just not really a fan or fan controllers :)

Far better to set them up with voltage resistors at 7v, then you dont have to even worry about changing the speeds. People that say, 'ooh when I'm browsing the internet I have them all turned down then I turn them up during gaming' just annoys me :) Temps should be fine while running at 7v anyway if you've got a decent set of fans, and running at that speed they will be very quiet anyway. In my case, my fans are quieter running at 7v than they were on my NZXT fan controller while running at '40%'.
It's obviously up to you, I just think fan controllers are more of a lazy way to do things and they just create unnecessary cabling with wires coming out of optical bays.

@jamesriley94: That would be a point in the end if i want to save some money. ;)

Other question: I've heard sth. concerning the Phobya radiators and fans about wrong or not in every case suitable screws. Does anyone know sth. in this context?
And does anyone have maybe experiences with the Haf X and watercooling?

HAF X is a big case like the 800D, but fitting radiators and equipment into them is not
the easiest chore. seems the manufacturers like HDD cages and thats where we want radiators placed.
phoyba rads and fans are great and compatible. what concerns i have seen are the
use of other rad bolts and some cram them in until they hit fins.. if the bolt is longer than
30mm, use a washer or cut 'em to length.

Thanks, airdeano ;)
I don't think taht i'm going to cramp 2 360 rads into this case. Maybe in the future an additional 140 in the back of the case and if everything doesn't fit i think about removing the cage and using the hotswappable bays for the HDDs or even changing the case. ;)

So the only thing left for me to think about is the CPU cooler, the paste and how much from which fittings i have to order before buying the stuff and start buildinbg it up.

In the end i've come to the Watercool Heatkiller rev 3.0 LC due to it's good prize and excellent results in tests.
So my last question is if i need a temperature sensor for the water?

So finally i've come to this list and if nobody has to complain with sth, i will order it the next days. ;)
