Finn creates USB 'finger drive'

A Finnish computer programmer who lost one of his fingers in a motorcycle accident has made himself a prosthetic replacement with a USB drive attached.

awesome, must be quite annoying having to stick your finger into a jack everytime

The finger is not permanently attached to his hand, so it can be easily left plugged into a computer when in use.

Imagine if it actually looked more like a finger, and seeing that after he'd forgotten to unplug it.

Luckily it didn't have to be a "thumb drive" :X He managed to lose the most useless finger known to mankind.

Looks a bit fake though But would sure be cool to have wireless etc. in there

He's gonna need to keep his finger in the USB port when he is using it.

Renders one hand completely useless if he wanted to type.

No he doesn't
