Any tips on how to setup this build to overclock it just a little.. 4GH or so would be nice. Is there a sticky or a thread that has a nice step by step guide?

Thank you :)

if you dont want too do anywork with your mobo comes a turbo option to do all the work for you. and im sure in the overclocking area is a sticky.
using my h100i i oc'ed my 3.4 IB to 4.3 which was stable and does not make too much heat

overclocking sandys and ivys is piece of cake.
u just set the cpu voltage manually at a safe level (1.30V for example) and then raise the multiplier . if it gets unstable u just give a little more voltage.
I guess for a 4ghz overclock (ivy) 1.270V is enough

depends if you allow it on your mobo mine has the option to do it manually or auto depends if you let software do it or manually
