Fatal1ty Headset Issue

Hi guy's. I have been having some issues with my creative Fatal1ty Headset as of late.

I will be playing a game or just listening to music or watching a video,or whatever, and the sound will start going in slow motion, and then it will speed back up to normal slowly and then go back down, and so on and so on.

It does this until I unplug the headset and restart whatever programs are using it.

I passed the dxdiag test and am now wondering what the heck this problem could be.

I can't find any drivers for it so....... does anyone have a possible solution?

Onboard sound or a sound card?

Umm yes .....I think. My motherboard is the nvidia 750i ftw edition. I think the soundcard is realtek something or other.

Download Realtek drivers and re-install.

See if that works.

But to be sure nothing goes wrong, find out exactly what type of sound card you have then post it here.
