Far Cry Primal to receive a 4K Texture pack and Survivor mode

On April 12th Far Cry Primal will receive a Free 4K Texture pack and all platforms will gain Survivor mode and permadeath, both of which can be added to any existing difficulty option.

Possibly a noobish question but will the 4K texture pack only be available at 4K or will it just upgrade textures ingame to 4K regardless of res used i.e 1080P 1400P etc... ?

Don't think it says, but if it's to include 4k textures for everything then it should work at any res.
