can anyone tell me the basic of PPD, WU and the gpu3 language things.

2 PEPTIDE (1-4 ?

PROGRESS 14317843/50000000 ?

PERFORMANCE 752.836 ? (this good?)

These numbers where taken today

just wanted to know what they mean, also if i close the F@H application but return the next day to finish the progress is my progress saved online?

2 peptide = you are working on the 2nd solution (2 of 4)

you are approx a third through your current Work Unit

you are getting 752 PPD

as long as you return to the same WU in the given COMPLETION TIME, it will continue where it left off.

if you start F@H after the WU's deadline, you will lose the points and another WU will start from scratch.

My PPD seems low?

To see your PPD you'd have to use a program like HFM.net. The performance listing isn't PPD AFAIK, not really sure what it is.

PPD on a GTX460 should be roughly 10k.

it does not matter whether you contribute 1PPD or 1million PPD - it is the participation that counts. it all adds up

If you use the Tracker you can see your PPD in there as well,

and is it solved the PPD issue ?
