I wonder how many of such cards will actually end up doing 'insane OC' - open bench, liquid N2 / sub zero and all that...
Is the user base really big enough to warrant this (and similar cards from other companies) ?
Or do they all end up in 'rich kids' PC's offering a few FPS more and a warm fuzzy feeling for the ~$800 premium?
I guess there is also the possibility that the cards are made as an advertising stunt - never meant to be sold in volumes, but to brand the company as 'badass' for having the most 'insane GPU' of all.
