EVGA POWERLINE 41s makes the RTX 3090 Ti's 16-pin power cable more useable

Is it just me that finds this to be a rather bulky solution and rather just have the traditional 3 seperate cables going to the GPU, which looks a lot cleaner.

Because it doesn't replace 3 separate cables. It replaces Nvidia's horrible GPU ass wart 16 pin.

I think with a little more design or custom design aspects, it could look kinda cool.

Is it really filtering power, though?

Right side in the rear pic I think I can see a couple of silver electrolytic caps.

Do want to take one apart though :D

What I see in the picture though are 3 PCIE cables going into the thing on the right lol...

Yeah, it is. However Mark made a typo. It's not a 16 pin converter. It's a 12 pin converter, AKA Nvidia's ass wart lol.

Its hideous.

I liked their previous EVGA powerline for reference 1080s but this is just a growth on the end of a limb. Do not like at all!

Id rather have had it with a 90degree 12pin connector leading to a vertical converter that acted as a GPU support of sorts than this.

From the look of it it's literally only going to fit that specific EVGA card. Which kinda makes me wonder why they used the 12 pin in the first place.

The older ones were compatible with all sorts. I even had one on my Fury X lol.
