£129 delivered from ebuyer a couple of weeks back..great deal.

You lucky monkey!

I brought my e6400 for £140ish a couple of weeks ago. :(

im pretty lucky, beucase my uncle is going to america so he is going to bring lots of parts back, so it works out redicuosly cheap!!!!

Im going to start a build thread when i begin my project, just got the small task of 19 GCSE exmas first!!!!

always nice to get cheap stuff when the dollar is down.

19 gcses a piece of cake compared to building the ultimate rig!

i really wish that was the case, but these are really quite taxing, especially the ones i need to do well in. DAM

I have this mobo (P5N32-E SLI), only recentley installed so just getting used to the bios and might i add there are a lot of settings most i keep on auto like DDR2 ref Voltage etc, the board seems

stable out of the box (early bios), i can't remember what bios it shipped out with, quad core support out of the box, i have just flashed the bios revision to 1102, all seems well but oddly enough and i was quite suprised to read this bit about crossfire issue, so it's SLI and crossfire compatible.

Version 1102 2007/05/29 update

OS DOS

Description P5N32-E SLI BIOS 1102

1. Updated NV RAID ROM.

2. Support new cpus. Please refer to: http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/cpusupport.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=P5N32-E SLI

3. Modified warning threshould of CPU fan speed.

4. Fixed ATi Crossfire fail issue.

5. Enhanced compatibility for certain memory modules.

6. Fixed incorrect display of L2 cache size when using Conroe-L CPU.

Sounds pretty good, i opted for the evga 680i, just becuase at the time i had to order it it was the most reliable, its on its way back from the usa so end of june i will have it up and running and see what we can achive with a e6600.
