Error 1935 - Know how to fix?

I've got a copy of Visio 2010 from DreamSpark.
Im trying to install it as i need it for Uni work.

When trying to install, it nearly finishes but then it throws an error:

I've tried everything from this article/help on microsoft website and it still doesnt seem to work

Can anybody help me or have had the same issue or know of a fix?
