yepp there fine, just ask envias about how good the DFI's are and PV5150 how could the MSI neo2's are

the dfi 915p looks nice and cheap

Yeah I'd go with the DFI 915p, or teh 875. XMS had that 875 took his p4 to i think 4.6ghz dont quote me.

you cant always have what you want, and i'd go with DDR1. XMS must have chosen it for a good reason!

it was much cheaper at the time. ddrII is better, and i CAN have what i want.

TBH i wouldn't invest in anything DDR2, its gonna die before it even takes off. Hence the reason why AMD have held back on production of a chipset that supports DDR2.

an intel on ddr1 wd also rip dvd's faster than an equivelant amd. and if you evr wanted to upgrade to something else, ddr1 wd be good for other computers (specifically amd ones )

My local Circuit City has about 8 P4 HT boxes, 1 Pentium D box, and at the END of the isle, two eMachine AMD Sempron's.

So, of course, if someone goes there, they're gonna buy INTEL.

if i was to go intel i'd get ddrII cuz i wouldn't upgrade other computers with it. (intel as a primary comp rofl yea right). ddrII is good

i mean in 2 years when ur parents want a new computer and u say "i know ill build you a nice computer with my spares" but u find out in needs ddr1 not 2.
