New rumour is that Witcher 3 may come to epic for free too.

I doubt that now. It is available ATM as a paid game. They wouldn't do that if it would become free soon.

I saw somebody tweeting they got a refund from Epic when they made a game free that person had recently bought, so it's possible

Yeah, but why add a new game a few weeks before they make it free? It just doesn't make sense to me. There's a reason they didn't add GTA V before it was free.
