Within the next year we'll start to see it all bare fruit, think a fair few people are more excited for the engine than some of the games already coming out atm 
For Indie devs it'll be a massive help, but i expect it'll be a few years until we see something really next gen that uses it fully as it needs dev time to exploit it to the fullest.

That first initial showcase and the Witcher village were absolutely perfect. I dare say UE5 is years ahead of all other engines in the graphics department.
