Exactly. People will often choose the experience of designing and building a custom loop over higher power components. Since I starting upgrading my computer again I'm more excited my next hardware change than how well games play. I'm almost tempted to watercool my Xeon E3-1231 v3 and Sapphire NITRO+ RX 480 once I've got the GPU just for fun.
 
I know dude I was being sarcastic. Some one said a few weeks ago that no one WCs cards like this when of course the exact opposite is true :)

Gotcha, I personally wouldn't watercool a low end card as there really isn't any point but that's just my taste, Aesthetically though they look great.

That's why people do it. You really don't get much more out of your cards underwater these days as everything becomes more efficient. Now it's pretty much an aesthetic thing entirely.
