I'm happy to show patience and kindness, but I wouldn't buy their products. That's the issue. Many people don't want to buy their products any more. Which means they don't have a reliable way to earn enough to pay back their debts. It always comes back to the mistakes they made. This video doesn't seem to acknowledge that to any meaningful degree.

Just feels like another simping video essentially. Would have felt more genuine if he spoke directly from himself, rather than reading off a script. He's a CEO after all, he needs to be able to talk without needing a script.
The video is also more or less a video strictly saying "please buy our products, cause we screwed everyone over and need your money to save them"... If they don't pay their employee their salaries, there's no trust at all left. Any company can do wrong etc, but not paying salaries, not once, but keeping on pushing that front - that's a big no no in my eyes.

As well as all the financial issues, EK got way too greedy when it came to the price of their blocks. I get that CNC'ing and blocks of aluminium are expensive but when companies in China can do it for 1/4 the price with the same quality and still make a profit you know something is wrong.
wasnt greed that screwed them. its making too many custom blocks. Where BP, Watercool and Aqua tuning focus on the most popular cards. EK tried to make blocks for as many AIB models as they could. Now they have a ton of products unsellable even at discount because they are obsolete.
They should have stuck with the FE cards from Nvidia and a small SKU of AIB cards. Of course, greedy price hikes didnt help, but that can be countered with discounts. You cant really discount products that are EOL when the cards themselves have all dried up.
