The Pump has a 3 pin power connector cable that can extend the connector of the pump to a 4 pin fan header. and a molex any one know what one i should use and if the 3 pin connected to the board or fan conroller with control the speed of the pump

If you want to control the pumps speed you don't need the cable, just plug it in the mobo or fan control. If you want it to run at 12v you plug the extension to a molex from the PSU and plug the pump to the 3pin male. The female with the yellow wire is there so you can monitor the speed of the pump... the other female is useless if you have the molex connected. So you don't really need the extension.

I've got one of these, but the pump is quiet enough to be used on the 12V molex. If you want to control the pump, make sure that the motherboard or fan controller can take the power that is needed for the pump, as it will be far more than a regular fan.
