We need more competition for EU-based retailers that ship around the EU. There's plenty of German or French-only retailers, but few of them ship outside their country, or even have English versions of their website. Since Brexit, it's been harder to find parts here in Ireland.

yodel not the best but evri are the old hermes and they are the worst, dpd i find to be better but the companys i worked for in the past city link and lynx oh boy if you saw what went on in the warehouses you'd not touch them.
Several years ago I spent £4000 on a PC from them. It arrived in three boxes. All of which had split open due to poor cheap cardboard and had been taped up again by Yodel, who couldn't care. As it happens I had to basically go outside with a torch and basically follow a trail of PC parts until I found them all, as they were strewn all down the street. Some of them very valuable.
I phoned Ebuyer and they acted like I had spent £40.
It is one of those companies where if it goes smoothly and nothing bad happens? cool. However, it is how they act in a situation where something goes wrong which is the problem. I've never ordered from them again. Instead I use OCUK, which by far has the best customer service in the UK bar none. And that matters to me. A lot.
It's rare I use the PC stores Scan more than others, amazon mostly became the better option for me. but most parcel companies are the same the drivers at times are the big let down not the companies they are sending for.
CCL was the last one i used for the monitor i got, so unless it's for something specific i generally use amazon/scan.
but then I don't order as often as some and upgrade less often.
Scan are the worst. Again, fine if everything goes smoothly. When a problem arises and it involves money everything is immediately your fault and they used to perform scummy practices like restocking fees.
Not had a problem with CCL yet, but again that is nothing but dumb luck.
CCL are more local to me in terms of distance, not really had a problem with any of them apart from when I ordered the 2500k many years back had to go collect it delivery was never made.
It's understandable if you have a bad experience i'd feel the same like anyone, but it's generally not the senders fault but the company delivering, they throw and kick stuff about all day without a care.
Having worked in a few of them the drivers can be a nightmare to deal with.
I expect at some stage i'll have a huge issue, kinda like how my 750D came that had a massive drop to damage it in that way.
