To be honest, it sounds like they're trying to get this absolutely right, so I've got no problem waiting. Having some better continuity between the three titles will be well worth it.

There are some very beautiful texture update packs out there for ME1, 2 + 3 i.e MEUITM, If this doesn't at the very least meet those in terms of quality it's going to be quite disappointing.

I have MEUITM on Mass effect 1, and while it does improve a lot of things, i find the textures on the faces a bit to course, rough, but yep i would love to see them upgrade the textures on all of them but, do keep them in the same style.

The irony is that the first game is the best one and I can easily see them spoiling it, especially if they try to 'harmonise' it with the sequels by killing the loot economy and bringing in those stupid 'thermal clips'.
