Why should server closures remove single-player games from sale?

Seems a little bizarre, On PC Bad company 2's single player campaign was really fun and Mirrors Edge is a classic.

Either someone at the company has gone insane, Highly likely knowing their history.... or they will reinstate these games once they strip all online features/options out.

Recently revisited Mirrors Edge and even bought the sequel. Great games. Get them before they are gone.

I guess they're not selling any more copies these days. 1943 was an absolute blast and the water looked amazing.
BFBC1+2 were amazing, but they're for Xbox 360 and PS3 and BFBC2 came out on PC too, 1943 was console only, and it's astonishing that it's still alive and well and carrier raping is still a thing.


I just hope the games don't need to phone home as I still play Mirrors Edge now and again. (Steam)

We need legislation which says that when a company takes games off storefronts people are allowed to get "pirated" copies.
