They're pretty good. I have a 1tb and a 240 and I've only had one issue with the 240 where it decided to disappear for an hour or so. No idea what caused it, or what revived it.

Don't feel that nvme is really on sale since it has been around that kinda price on sites like Aria for a couple of months.
It's even less of a deal when Amazon have its 500Gb brother for sale for not much more (£89.00).
