Over @ tom’s hardware they have pitted Pentium 4 chips against the Dothan Mobile chip - the results: the Dothan OC’ed to 2.5GHz on the first attempt and was stable.
@2.4 GHz the Dothan Trounced every other chip out there (yes including the FX-55 and the P4EE) the thermal output was also 80 Watts less than the Pentium 4.
