Dothan Air Cooled Power

A Pentium under 3GHz, on air and 25seconds???? I`ve SERIOUSLY underestimated the power of Dothan/ Pentium-M. Thats insane! Nice one Shigs! You gonna go for <20secs, and join Duck in the "OMG thats just silly" group?

20 seconds would need some ln2 (liquid nitrogen) and a clock speed of 3ghz or more probs 3.3ghz

good luck!!! a guy got 23 seconds on one at 3ghz i think on ln2

also what about temps?

and can i see hwo u mounted yr cooler onto it and still got the floppy connector onto card?

Pretty impressive even at 2.8ghz...I couldn't get under 25sec at 3.2ghz on my fx55...

I'm looking forward to your 3d01 scoring with the X850...see if the trend continues there too...:)

Why are the Dothans so quick? I don't keep up to date with Intel affairs ;)

based on p3 mate, ultra short pipelines and massive 2mb cache make em clock for clock faster than even the fx55 in games and most benchmarks

What mobo is the best to use? Despite its good price I still can't really afford one.. skint student you see..

Dont forget you also need the socket converter thing as well, you cant just drop it in, though the number of pins is the same.
